Team PA Inducts Two New Emeritus Board Members

Team Pennsylvania Board Members, investors and partners gathered at the Governor’s Residence on December 12th to celebrate Wendie DiMatteo Holsinger and Karen Winner Sed’s new title as Board Emeriti.

Wendie DiMatteo Holsinger, CEO of ASK Foods, Inc. in Palmyra, joined Team PA’s board in 1998. Wendie served as the co-chair of the organization alongside Governor Rendell from 2006 – 2009, as well as the committee chair for both our Nominating & Development and Investment Allocation committees. Wendie has brought a great energy to Team PA’s board and her advice and guidance has been invaluable to us over the years.

Karen Winner Sed, CEO of Winner International and the Winner Companies, joined Team PA’s board in 2004. Karen served as the co-chair of the organization alongside Governors Rendell and Corbett from 2009 – 2012, as well as the committee chair for both our Nominating & Development and Personnel committees. Over the years, Karen has been a sounding board for Team PA staff and fellow board members.

Wendie and Karen join Tom Hagen of Custom Group Industries, a founding father of Team PA and the first board member to receive emeritus status in 2013, as ex-officio members of our board. Please join us in congratulating Wendie & Karen and we look forward to working with them for years to come!
