High Hotels Ltd. is pleased to announce that its Homewood Suites Reading recently was named a recipient of the 2013 Connie Pride Hotel Award of Merit, which recognizes hotels performing within the top ten percent of the Hilton brand as measured in various categories. Homewood Suites Reading is an upscale, residential-style, 119-suite hotel located in Berks County, Pa.

Recipients of the Connie Pride Award, named after Conrad Hilton, are considered the most prestigious group of award winners within the Hilton organization. The award is based on cleanliness, condition, adherence to brand standards, staff service as indicated by customer satisfaction scores, and the quality of the hotel’s physical accommodations.

“We are honored to have received this award,” said Homewood Suites Reading general manager James Sieck. “I have the privilege of working with a great staff that exemplifies hospitality, and we work together every day to show each of our guests that while they are here with us, they are part of our family,” Sieck said.
