High Construction awarded contract to build bank’s new branch office

High CompaniesHigh Construction Company was awarded an $855,000 contract by Integrity Bank to build a 4,000-square-foot branch bank office in Manheim Township at 2055 Fruitville Pike, Lancaster, Pa., as part of the OverlookTownCenter development.

Construction of the branch bank began in November and will wrap up in March 2014. Starting this week, structural steel is being erected on the site. The bank plans to open the branch office, its third branch bank in LancasterCounty, in April 2014.

The architect for the project is Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates of Mechanicsburg, Pa.

High Construction is also serving as the construction manager for the OverlookTownCenter development under a separate contract with SKL Properties, Lancaster, Pa.
